Ratings and reviews:
• Najda Company does not bear responsibility for the ratings and reviews or any claims for economic loss resulting from these ratings and reviews.

The user agrees that:
• Any rating or review will be based on personal experience.
• You will not provide an evaluation or review of any service provider or business in which you have a financial interest, business or employment relationship or other affiliation, or of any competitor of this company.
• You will not provide a rating or review in exchange for payment, free items, or other benefits from a service provider.

the prices :
• All commercial/contractual terms are presented and agreed upon between the user and the service providers.
• Najda has no control or role in determining or directing any type of such commercial/contractual terms between the user and the service providers. However, Najda may provide support services to service providers regarding order fulfillment, the customer service center, and other accompanying services, in accordance with independent contracts executed between Najda and the relevant service providers.
• The price for the products and services provided by the trading partners is determined by the trading partners themselves, and Najda has no role in determining the price in any way. Najda has no obligation to detail its costs, profits or margins.
• The payment process will be made by Najda, using the payment method available on the application/platform.

Payment method:
• Payment is made online through a third party. When you place an order on the platform, this means that you are responsible for:
• All information provided to us by you for payment is accurate and correct
• The account you use to pay for the service or product has sufficient funds to cover the full transaction amount, is active and has not expired or been cancelled;
• You are the account holder you use to pay for your order (or an authorized user), and you authorize that the full transaction amount for your order will be charged to your designated account.

Your payment method may be rejected if:
• The advance payment invoice did not match the bank records.
• Your card has expired or been canceled by the issuing bank, or
• A possible fraud or security issue has been detected on your card
• After successful payment, your credit card or account (as applicable) will be charged for the full transaction amount.
